2014 Event Highlights

Hello everyone, Kiru here! ^o^

So its coming up to the end of the year, and we've done dozens of events across the UK and Europe.
We, the team at Tofu Cute wanted to say a great big thank you to each and every one of you who visited us at our booths, panels and features be they big or small! We're very lucky to have such wonderful customers. (^-^)♥

Tofu Cute Maids wish to thank their goshujinsamas

One of our most recent features was a brand new experience area at the Hyper Japan Christmas Market called The Hyper Japan x Tofu Cute Candy Festival; an event that allowed our customers, new and old to sample an array of Japanese Snacks, from chewy Puccho to delicious Japanese Kit Kats in an exchange for Tofukens (special Tofu Cute tokens) in a fun random pick-a-mix served up by our kawaii chefs! ヽ(･ω･ゞ)

Each customer, on purchasing their Tofukens, was given a tray, a menu with pictures of all the different types of Candy available to taste and even a sticker labelling them an Official Candy Taster!

Did any of you happen to see a familiar face at some of our events around Europe?
Of course its Panda Chan! ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ

Panda Chan has been really busy this year visiting all of his adoring fans, giving out gifts, participating in his very own colouring event and even show boating on stage (as usual)!
Panda Chan loved making so many new friends and seeing some old friends too! He has told me he's looking forward to seeing you all again soon! ʕ•͡ɛ•͡ʼʼʔ

Our events team travelled further up north this year than we had ever been before, by attending our very first Scottish convention! MCM Glasgow Comic Con was a brand new exciting experience for us and we loved meeting our wonderful Scottish customers!

It was great to meet so many people enthusiastic about Japanese candy and kawaii goodies! We bought along some of our new Amuse products such as our adorable Mt Fujis, Tuchineko Cats and of course Alpaca key-chains.  (♥ó㉨ò)ノ

We have had such a fantastic year attending conventions from smaller cosy cons such as Minami, J-con and Kitacon right up to big conventions like Japan Expo, MCM London Comic Con amd Hyper Japan! We are so thankful for having such a strong customer base who come to see us at a variety of our events.
