Introducing The Tofu Tomodachi Card

This week I have some exciting news to announce on behalf of Tofu Cute...
We would like to introduce our brand new points scheme, in the form of a membership club called:

Tofu Tomodachi Card!
(For those who don't know, "tomodachi" means "friend" in Japanese! ;3 ) ♪ヽ( ⌒o⌒)人(⌒-⌒ )v ♪

Firstly, I'll explain how this membership club works~

• Essentially the Tofu Tomodachi Card is a points card.
  Once you are a member, every purchase you make earns you points.
  
  
• You will earn 2 points for every £1 you spend at Tofu Cute, at events or online.
  * For example: if you as a member were to buy £20 worth of Tofu Cute products,
  you would receive 40 points on your card.
  
  
• There will also be special products worth bonus points.
  * For example: a special product is worth 10 Bonus points. You've bought £20 worth of Tofu Cute products AS WELL as the bonus product. You would have 40 points + 10 bonus points, so 50 points altogether.
  
  
• As a member gains points, they can redeem the points as a discount on our website, or claim a "featured product".
  * For example: a member reaches '50 points'. They can choose between a discount for '£0.50' off their next online purchase, or a Tofu Cute featured product, worth more than the original discount. For example, perhaps a 'Glico Caplico' worth '£1.00'!
  
  

• When a member reaches certain benchmarks, they could also claim an exciting exclusive product not available to ordinary customers.

Next I'll explain the card itself (・∀・)

This is the front of the card ~ as you can see, it has a unique membership number and a barcode.

• When you sign up to our membership card, we will create a Tofu Cute account for you (if you do not already have one) which will be linked to your membership card. Your number will be automatically linked up and activated. ^^
  
  
• The barcode means when you are at an event, after you make a purchase, we can scan your card and automatically add points to your account for you to use online! How neat is that? ^^

Next I'll explain the back of the card~

As you can see the card has a QR code and a matte strip.

• The QR code is the weird white and black square in the top left corner. Using your smart phone you can hold it over the QR code and it will automatically take you straight to our Tofu Tomodachi Membership page, where you will be able to see your points and rewards. *Note: All smart phones are able to read QR codes! Some smart phones come with a QR code reader already installed - if not, you can just download one for free from your app store. ^^

• At the bottom of the card you can see a 'matte' section where you can personalise it by writing your name! (Or someone else's name if the card is a gift) ♥ (｡･ω･｡)
  

Lastly I'll tell you how to acquire one of these exciting cards! (•̀ᴗ•́)و ̑̑

• To become a Tofu Tomodachi Card Member it only costs £1 to join ~
  
  
• Our membership cards will be available to buy from us at our stalls at events and online for those of you who can't come and see us in person. 

Make sure to keep an eye out for our shiny new membership cards which will be launching at our next event "London Comic Con MCM Expo" which is only a week and a half away! The cards will not be available to purchase online until after this event, so keep an eye out for another announcement in a few weeks time.
